This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (“Agreement”) governs the TamrielSavings.com website, the TSC Price Fetcher In-Game Addon, and the TSC Price Fetcher Discord Bot.

These services are operated by SavageTSC (“Owner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, Addon, or Bot—collectively, the “Services”—you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree with any portion, discontinue use of the Services.

1. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

1.1 Data Controller

1.2 Information We Collect

We collect limited information necessary to operate and improve our Services.

Information you voluntarily provide may include your email address, name or alias, Discord username or ID, in-game username, and messages or inquiries sent through contact forms, Discord, or email. It is used only to respond to requests, provide support, or administer the Services.

Technical information may include IP address, browser type and version, device or operating system, referring URLs, access timestamps, and interaction or usage metrics. This data is primarily used for security, analytics, and service functionality.

Addon data: The Price Fetcher Addon may transmit or retrieve server or platform information, item identifiers or price data, and anonymous usage metrics. It does not collect personal account credentials, passwords, or financial data.

Discord Bot data: The Bot may process Discord user, server, and channel IDs, command usage, and message content required to process commands. This is used solely to operate the Bot and improve reliability. We do not collect private Discord messages unless explicitly directed to the Bot for command usage.

Donations: Payments may be processed through PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Patreon. We do not store credit-card numbers or banking information. Those providers handle financial data under their own privacy policies.

1.3 Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to operate the Services, maintain security, prevent abuse, and analyze usage. We rely on consent for voluntary submissions and cookie acceptance where required. Processing may also be contractually necessary to deliver requested functionality.

The Website may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to maintain functionality, analyze traffic, and improve user experience. We may use Google Analytics. You may use the Google Analytics opt-out tool or control cookies through your browser settings.

All content and software associated with the Services—including source code, databases, graphics, logos, and documentation—is the intellectual property of SavageTSC unless otherwise stated. Use of the Services does not grant ownership rights.

2.2 Unauthorized Use

You agree not to copy, reproduce, or redistribute service content; reverse engineer or exploit service infrastructure; scrape large amounts of data; interfere with the Services; or attempt unauthorized access. Violations may result in termination and potential legal action.

2.3 Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to distribute malware, conduct harassment or abuse, interfere with other users, attempt denial-of-service attacks, or exploit vulnerabilities. We may restrict or terminate access at our discretion.

2.4 Third-Party Links

The Services may contain external links. We are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.

2.5 Disclaimer of Warranties

2.7 Donations

Donations are voluntary and processed through third-party providers. Unless otherwise required by law, donations are generally non-refundable.

2.8 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Michigan. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located within that jurisdiction.

3. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
